Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Via Bambino, every piece is chosen to make a special moment perfect. If an item from your online order is not quite right, you may return it under the terms below.

1. Return Period

Returns must be requested within 6 days from the date of your order.

2. Refunds as Store Credit

All approved returns are refunded as Via Bambino Store Credit. We do not issue refunds in cash or to the original payment method.

Your store credit is added to your Via Bambino customer account (linked to the email used for your order) and can be used:

  • Online at viabambino.com, applied at checkout once you are logged in to your account.
  • In our boutiques at The Dubai Mall and Dubai Outlet Mall — simply share the email address or mobile number registered to your account with our team.

3. Shipping Fees

  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • The return delivery fee is deducted from your store credit.
  • Gift-wrapping fees, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

4. Conditions for Return

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, labels and Via Bambino packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, or that have been in contact with perfume, cosmetics or other substances, cannot be accepted.

5. How to Return

  1. Log in to your account on viabambino.com, open your order and select Request return. Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 55 466 4559 or at info@viabambino.com.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions and arrange collection.
  3. After the item reaches us and passes inspection, your store credit (less the applicable fees) is added to your account and you will receive a confirmation email.

6. Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and using your store credit once the return is processed, as we cannot hold items before the return is received.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In these cases, no shipping fees will be deducted.

8. Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 5 hours of purchase and before shipping are cancelled free of charge.

Via Bambino reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy, and to review accounts with unusually frequent returns.
